WE ARE INSPIRED BY REZA SATCHU
In the age of AI, traditional knowledge is highly commoditized. The scarce, valuable resource is the judgment forged by living through the consequences of your decisions.
“You actually have to do it. You can't observe it. You can't advise on it. You can't memorize it. You have to do it. And you have to feel the weight of the risks and the consequences of making that decision.”

“It’s not really about the knowledge. It’s about the pedagogy.”

WE ARE INSPIRED BY MARK CUBAN
“There are 2 types of people in this world. Those who use AI to learn everything they possibly can. And those who use AI so they don't have to think and don't have to learn anything.”

FROM THEORY TO EXPERIENCE
Theory explains a principle. An applied moment puts you in a situation where you need to use it.
Your AI partner gives you a role, a goal and a decision. You respond in text, audio or video, see a simulated consequence, and get feedback. Then you can try a different approach.
Imagine reading about how to handle a difficult conversation. In a moment, your partner voices the concern and waits for your reply. You have to find the words yourself.
The learning happens when you decide, explain and reflect. The avatar gives the idea a person and a context.
01 / UNDERSTAND AI
Start with the building blocks. What can AI do at work? What does it need from you? Where does it fall short?
A language model predicts the next piece of text. That can produce a brilliant explanation. It can also produce a convincing mistake.
Understand the difference. Explain it clearly. Make a better decision.

02 / BUILD YOUR JUDGMENT
Invented facts. Old information. A familiar pattern applied to the wrong problem. Learn to spot the failure and choose a check that fits.
Then try it in a simulation. Your partner sets the scene. You respond. Ask a question. Try again. Practice explaining your decision to a colleague who needs to act on it.
03 / AN AI LITERACY MOMENT
A fluent, confident AI answer is not proof. Check important claims against evidence before acting.
You have €500 and two weekends to launch a study app. AI says it is “100% sure” students will pay. Olive plays your cofounder: “Before we spend the money, how would you find out if anyone will actually pay?”
Propose a small test with potential customers. Explain what evidence would make you proceed, change the offer or stop.
The feedback connects your choice to the principle: a polished prediction cannot establish demand. You practise asking for evidence while a decision is at stake, then name one check you will use next time.
Try the first AI literacy momentWHY ACTIVE PRACTICE MATTERS
+0.46 standard deviations on a learning test
“students in active classrooms scored almost half an SD (0.46) higher on the examination.”
Deslauriers and colleagues · Harvard University · PNAS, 2019
In a randomized crossover study with 149 Harvard physics students, active problem-solving led to higher test scores than passive lectures using the same material.
We apply that principle through decisions, feedback and reflection. This study tested classroom teaching, not AI avatars or Try A Moment.

Follow an agent from the first instruction to the final result. See how it plans, uses tools and acts on what comes back.
Decide what it may access. Where it should ask permission. How you’ll check the outcome. Build a practical understanding of the whole process.
A clear goal. Clear limits. A person who stays responsible.
05 / PUT YOUR DEVICE TO WORK
Your iPhone. Your iPad. Your Mac. There’s more to learn than what you type into a chat.
Explore Apple Shortcuts. Connect a few actions. Try a device feature you’ve never used. Start with something you do every day, and build a simpler way to do it.
Learn on the device you already have. Use it in the life you already lead.
06 / KEEP LEARNING
Choose sources you trust. Test one new idea in your own work.
Keep what helps. Revisit what you think you know.

Bring your judgment into the room.
And help others make sense of what comes next.
WHY WE BUILT MOMENT PORTAL

Bring any topic you want to practice. Step into a simulation. Make a decision in a safe setting. Take what you learn into the real world.
HELP A STUDENT STEP INTO LEARNING
Some students cannot afford the AI tokens needed for audio and video Moments. Your donation helps them experience what they are learning through a simulation.
The first example is open to everyone. CodeDoor covers a monthly text allowance for registered learners.
Try the first exampleAfter payment processing fees, sponsorship funds go to AI services for learners’ audio and video practice.
Your support funds students’ simulation usage. None of these donations is used for salaries, marketing or general overhead.
